My friend Gavin Quill, who used to write frequently for the Forerunner, did a series on preterism in his church about a month ago. He wwas asked to present the preterist view, but the elders of the church had no idea that he would present it as though it were credible and it go a lot of discussion going. It’s interesting too that in the message he says he always knew what preterism was, but never considered it too much until he was asked to do this presentation — and in arguing the case he convinced himself that it was a lot more credible than he imagined.
